to the European
Union in 2004.

factor affecting
demand levels is
the country’s economic
growth enhanced
by direct investment
and consumption.
In the breakdown
of business sectors
leasing space at
the logistic centres,
the highest share
is held by logistics
and distribution
companies as well
as retail chains.
Businesses operating
on an international
scale decide to
locate their central
warehouses in Poland,
from where they
distribute their
products to the
countries of Central
and Eastern Europe.
