Growing economy

Slovakian real estate market is showing signs of strength - strong GDP growth and increased domestic consumption continue to drive demand for modern warehouse facilities in Slovakia.

The country is enjoying sustained high economic expansion. Unemployment has fallen considerably, GDP grew 8.3% in 2006 meant the highest economic growth among OECD members and third highest growth in Central Europe, and it is predicted to continue at this pace. Real estate market also expects further dynamic development in Slovakia.

Giving the low price levels compared to those in the other EU countries, well educated population and low taxes it's of no surprise that Slovakia becomes an ideal place for constructing distribution centers.
